| BirdSlide®/Ultimate Bird Control LLC® is not liable for product performance. Products are sold as-is with no other warranty, other than the original manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise specified. BirdSlide® and parts and accessories are warranted for the period of one year against defects. BirdSlide®/Ultimate Bird Control LLC® limits liability of product performance to the extent of the product being free of defects. BirdSlide®/Ultimate Bird Control LLC® is not responsible for any loss or damages resulting directly or indirectly from the installation, use or loss of the products. Without limiting the foregoing, this exclusion extends to the customer's damage to property and damages arising from the injury to, or death of any person. BirdSlide®/Ultimate Bird Control LLC® will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (ie.., obstruction or blockage of usual routes of transportation, unavoidable accidents, natural disasters power shortages or lack of materials.)
